your selection will be placed into your shopping cart, which you may view
at any time.
Additionally, you can increase or decrease quantities,
empty your cart, remove individual items or proceed to the Checkout area
once happy with your selections.

postage rates which include all packing costs for personal orders within New Zealand and it's protectorates within the South Pacific which include: Cook Islands, Niue, Tokelau and New Zealand's Ross Dependency.

All orders placed with Envirosax's New Zealand online store are sent via the New Zealand Postal Service
within 2 working days of your order being placed.
Online ordering is via Credit Card to your account. We accept Bankcard, Visa and Mastercard.
Please feel confident in using our secure online ordering system which is fully
encrypted and protected against fraudulent activities so that you are protected
at all times. No financial details are retained by us following completion of
the transaction.
It
is possible to place an order by post by including a money order for payment.
If you do adopt this ordering method, please print off your order from the
Checkout section when you select Money Order as your choice of payment and post it with your

Please
also ensure that you include your daytime phone number and email address so
that a customer service representative may contact you if an item has become
unavailable. You may then choose an alternative item.
It is a
criminal offence to provide details of a Credit/Debit Card that are fraudulent
or have been fraudulently obtained. If Envirosax becomes aware of such practice,
the matter will be reported in full to the relevant authority for them to
investigate and pursue.
If you are
using a Credit/Debit Card that is not in your name, by submitting your order
you confirm that you have the Cardholders authority and approval to use the
Card for the transaction submitted.
All prices quoted on our website include New Zealand GST.
We are happy to refund or exchange any item provided
that it is returned within 7 days of the day of receipt in EXACTLY the same condition
as it was despatched. Please note that the cost of the item is refunded, not
postage and packaging. Any items that have been visibly damaged with the
exception of 'in transit' damage cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Any items damaged by the New Zealand Postal Service will be replaced,
though the damaged item must be returned to us within 7 days from the date of
receipt and the applicable New Zealand Postal Service damaged item form must be completed.
All items returned are at your expense. Please ensure that you contact us prior
to returning any items.
